Job Description

Our growing office is looking for an IT Site Lead to facilitate the creation of casual games played by millions of users daily.

Your role within our Kingdom

You will be responsible for all corporate IT Support activities in the Malmo office. You will report into the Global IT Support Manager and work closely with a team of leads dispersed throughout Europe to improve and standardise the IT services delivered to the employees of King. You are highly technical and an expert working within environments where Windows, Mac OSX and Linux co- exist in harmony. You will have commercial experience working in a fast- growing company within an IT Support Function.

You Will Also

  • Work autonomously, providing end user support for applications and systems like Microsoft Office, Adobe CC Suite, VPN, and video conferencing systems.
  • Have skills with IT support tools including but not limited to: Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, antivirus, imaging systems, Mobile Iron, disk encryption, spam management.
  • Ensure joiners and leavers IT requirements are managed correctly
  • Create and update documentation using a wiki
  • Mentor customers and deliver end user training as required.
  • Be responsible locally for the IT Budget, driving conscientious spending/ordering and accurately troubleshooting and resolving onsite IT issues.
  • Manage the IT assets through their entire lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
  • Lead small onsite projects that will utilize IT members from other offices as required.
  • Manage the IT Support ticket queue to ensure SLA’s are achieved locally, contributing to them on a global scale

Skills to create thrills

  • Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting of PC’s and Macs. This includes working with hard drives, motherboards, CPUs, PSUs, GPUs, soundcards, monitors etc.
  • Customer service oriented team player whom possesses excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
  • Ability to gather and translate user expectations to technical solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and email systems (Exchange/Office 365)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Awareness of IT security standards and principles
  • Basic understand of Internal networks (routing, DNS, DHCP, etc)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to travel between King offices as required
  • ITIL Version 3 experience a bonus skill
