We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employer Brand Manager who will lead and drive the development and execution of a measurable employer brand strategy that attracts and excites world- class talent to King.

Partnering with experts in marketing, PR & Comms, DE&I, Culture & Event’s and Talent Acquisition you will drive initiatives that will promote King’s employer brand in the talent marketplace.

Your role within the Kingdom:

  • Develop and maintain an external and internally facing candidate and employer value proposition that radiates King’s brand and unique voice to become a destination for top talent
  • Lead and create the design and implementation of impactful campaigns that promote King as an employer of choice in the tech and gaming space
  • Identify critical talent markets and partner with external agencies to develop and execute the talent marketing strategy
  • Showcase King’s values and culture through rich content, compelling visuals, storytelling and utilise multiple platforms to ensure diversity and reach.
  • Collaborate with King’s Talent Acquisition team to drive successful talent marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Marketing, PR & Comms, HR teams, and key stakeholders to ensure all efforts are part of an integrated architecture around brand, communications, and process
  • Set and share best practice and leverage global employer branding initiatives that benefit Activision, Blizzard & King
  • Own and keep up- to- date King career site and key social media and recruitment channels by developing fresh and inspiring content
  • Expand King’s social media presence through captivating content that support recruiting initiatives
  • Engage employees to naturally participate in employer branding efforts
  • Use competitor and market insights to advise on talent initiatives and measure ROI and success of campaigns through data, metrics and report on campaign results

Skills to create thrills.

  • Significant experience in an employer branding role with experience in leading and managing employer brand activity - preferably in high- growth tech or adjacent organization
  • Experience driving persona based marketing and brand strategy
  • Thorough understanding of the candidate landscape and channels with proven experience of engaging candidates across multiple channels
  • Track record of creative work and creative problem- solving, finding unique and out- of- the box solutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget
  • Strong conceptual problem- solver and organized executor
  • Experience across multiple regions with the ability to work at strategic and operational levels e.g. conceptualizing talent marketing strategy through to delivery of campaigns
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to different levels and platforms throughout the organization
  • Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with HR colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in delivering successful campaigns through external creative agencies and using social media and recruitment platforms
  • Analytical with the ability to work with data and use market intelligence and market trends to provide insights in order to make informed decisions
  • Creative and design/human- centered thinker
