Our UX Designers work on the effective and optimized, visually appealing user interface systems. We team up with other disciplines inside and outside of the production teams to contribute to the aesthetic appeal of the game and to design, iterate, test, implement and analyze experiences and interfaces that will delight our players. You will learn how to fuse visual aesthetics, usability, and technical implementation into an accessible tool for our players to control the game. Technical Art (Opportunities in London)

Our Tech Artists participate in building and evolving King’s internal game development framework and production pipeline, used to create games like Candy Crush Saga and King’s other list- topping games. You will work with developers and game artists on improving the game engine and editor features and concepts/mock- ups. You will also own production of smaller tools, Maya scripts and similar as well as investigate, use, validate and stress test our game production toolset from the art and tech art end- user perspective. We are looking for talents with script writing skills in Maya & Photoshop with knowledge of Python or Javascript. We will also value knowledge/experience with 3D game engines such as Unity, Unreal or similar and other languages such as C++ or Rust.

Level Design (Opportunities in Berlin, London & Barcelona)

Our Level Designers create amazing user experience and entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go. They create interesting challenges for our huge player base and refine them thanks to peer reviews and data analyses.

We are looking for creative and well organized talents, with an open mind to feedback and an appetite for iterations. Experience using level editors and/or game creation tools is a strong plus for this role. You will see your work go from concept to live game!
