We are looking for a self-organized producer with audio technical and creative skills but most of all with a creative flair for all things' audio. You will be working in a team environment in close collaboration with the audio team to help identify, produce and deliver music, sound effects and voice overs for our games.

In this role, you will partner with the composers/sound designers and help coordinate their day-to-day efforts with the strive to serve the over-arching audio vision and deliver on our objectives. Your talent in organization and communication will help align the audio team around timelines and goals. You will be asked to reach across the team to collect information and influence collaboration with games teams and developers across every game.

Some bite- sized bullet points of the job description are:

  • Work with the head of audio and the composers to help produce the audio content in line with the audio vision

  • Liaise with game teams’ designers/producers and devs to identify audio scope, to drive the audio production schedules, and to support delivery of audio content across all games

  • Liaise with the marketing teams to identify audio scope, to drive the audio production schedules, to support delivery of audio content

  • Facilitate cross subject area communication and collaboration with external partners, such as Dev Services, Fiction Factory, Legal to advance audio topics

  • Work closely with our outsourcing audio production partner to help deliver the ever growing demand for audio content

  • Support the information flow between the audio team and its customers

  • Support the production of audio schedules and budgets

  • Support the planning and prioritization of the audio work inside the audio team to best meet the needs of the games.

  • Where possible improve pipelines, methods and the appropriate use of skills within the team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audio production.

Skills to create thrills:

  • Experience in a gaming studio as a producer or in a producer/project management capacity

  • Minimum of 2 games published

  • In depth knowledge of the audio production workflow

  • Good understanding of (mobile) game development

  • Experience facilitating teams and meeting across multiple games at once.

Other skills include:

  • Strong project management skills

  • Knowledge of resource management and project planning software – JIRA or similar.

  • Knowledge of standard audio creation software – REAPER, Pro Tools, Audition

  • Experience of implementing assets into games using various game development tools, pipelines and technology would be effective.

  • Music composition, Sound design/sound editing skills would be useful.
