We have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creativity and gaming to play an integral part in our Creative Marketing team. Our mission is to develop and communicate big, bold, culturally- potent creative ideas that will engage our fans and drive business growth.

The role will be global and span the King gaming portfolio including Candy Crush & new game launches, working within a team of creative marketing specialists.

Core Responsibilities

  • Help shape creative campaigns including responsibility for content production workstreams for all media, managing timings, maintaining clear and timely communication within the team and with partners both internal and external, budget management
  • Overall brand support for a team of Creative Marketing Managers, planning & delivering integrated campaigns for Candy Crush, other portfolio games & new game launches
  • Support with gathering insights, competitor landscape analysis and translating insights into effective brand and campaign strategies
  • Help put in place effective campaign measurement and support the team with ongoing brand tracking tools, working closely with our internal insights teams
  • Stay up- to- date with gaming & creative industry trends and innovations, and pro- actively share insights and information with the team
  • Help manage creative partners and suppliers including freelance consultants, creative agencies and production / post- production partners
  • Prepare, present and distribute annual brand presentations, internally to key partners
  • Manage brand approvals (internal and external) in line with brand guidelines and the internal fountain of knowledge for all internal teams and external agency partners
  • Responsible for handling all localisations and campaign asset approvals
  • Run the TV production calendar and approve legals, localisations - working closely with the media planning team & TV admin team, on territory playout and localisation
  • Maintain and update global budget invoice tracker, commitment sheet and raise PO’s for all brand related costs
  • Ongoing upkeep of team folders and trackers; filing structure on the company shared drive, google drive documents and internal company blogs
  • Distribute, save and maintain upkeep of all brand materials and assets on both the team server and online asset management system

Skills to create thrills

This role is really going to suit you if you are passionate about creativity, looking to build a career in creative marketing and have a strong interest in gaming and/or entertainment. You'll enjoy exposure to TV and content asset production for all media, for multiple gaming titles, whilst being an integral part of a fast- paced, agile and collaborative team. It's an awesome opportunity to hone your creative judgment and strategic thinking, as well as building campaign delivery and production experience.

  • You have great passion for creativity and brands, enjoy driving creative development and execution, and are confident expressing your views on creative work
  • You will have experience within a creative or marketing environment, with experience of developing assets or campaigns for multiple media (including TV/digital film) either within an agency or client side environment
  • TV experience is preferable but what we’re really after is someone passionate about shaping creative work and creating standout, innovative campaigns that deliver results
  • You’ll have some experience, and a solid understanding, of how to use insights effectively to drive creative strategies and how to measure campaign performance
  • You’ll be a digital native with an in- depth understanding of all digital and social channels, able to contribute insights and ideas around how to craft creative ideas that will connect with our audiences online
  • We are looking for a fun and friendly teammate who is proactive, efficient with a solutions- focused attitude, incredibly dedicated and looking to join an especially fast- paced, hardworking team
  • We’re looking for someone with standout organizational and project planning skills as you will be handling multiple projects, liaising with internal and external partners, whilst ensuring timely and in- budget deliverables
  • Strong presentation skills, an impeccable eye for detail
  • You should have experience of juggling multiple schedules and workflow, handling a high volume of requests simultaneously
  • You should be flexible and agile as we work in a fast- paced, reactive business - someone solution- minded, with a growth mindset and hungry to learn will really thrive in our team
  • An enthusiasm and passion for games and an understanding of marketing or digital businesses is a must
  • Position is based in London with some European travel
