You are:

• An experienced producer with at least 5 years in the industry and 2 shipped project under your belt
• Someone who can develop, maintain, and communicate realistic production schedules and milestones as well as manage project plans in waterfall and agile environments
• A communicator, who is able to communicate effectively to team members, management, marketing and publishers
• A problem-solver that keeps their cool in stressful situations, under tight schedules in a fast-paced studio environment
• A strong independent worker who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about video games, positive, stress-resistant, team oriented and organized
• You are a leader for the team by giving clear guidance, instructions, and goals
• Proficient at communicating in English (Bonus: German)

Bonus:

• Experience in productions with 30+ developers
• Experience in AAA development and production pipelines from start to finish
• Experience with (3rd person) shooter development
• Experience in leading multi-discipline teams

You will:

• Be a crucial part in the development of high-quality core-games for PC and console
• Work with other experienced, motivated, ambitious, and friendly colleagues in Bremen, Germany
• Be responsible for driving the development and implementation of features and content
• Ensure that internal and external developers receive all necessary information and meet milestones
• Identify and optimize problems in processes and production pipelines
