Role overview

Our Solutions Support Associate provides logistical, administrative, and operational support to the Player Engagement (PE) Solutions Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the creation and maintenance of records and tools to enhance team efficiency. By streamlining data collection and setup processes for reporting, you will help reduce time spent on manual tasks, enabling the PE Solutions Team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Experience & Requirements

What are we looking for? Our Solutions Solutions Support Associate has a knack for the following skills:

Business

  • Maintains the company database/s (Salesforce) of prospects, proposals, operations and client/partner contacts

  • Reviews proposals, contracts and operations documents so they meet compliance standards and client specifications, making sure their final form and presentation is in accordance with the company business standards

  • Ensures information relevant to the Player Engagement process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company

Leadership

  • Responds to and manages routine and non-routine inquiries from internal team, prospects and clients, including events, calls and visits related to all Player Engagement lines of business.

  • Reviews proposals, contracts, and operations documents for compliance and administration, in collaboration with the business unit and sales support.

Analytics

  • Analyzes the internal client database and ensures compliance by collecting and organizing data, tracking key metrics, maintaining accurate records

  • Provides clear insights and recommendations to support compliance efforts and keep stakeholders informed about internal client status and data integrity

Communication

  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to client inquiries and share information efficiently across the organization.

  • Familiarity with tools and platforms (MS Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, Hubspot) that facilitate coordination among sales teams, operations teams and partner organizations for effective document management.

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience in administration and reporting line of work

  • Relevant knowledge in using Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office and reporting tools such as but not limited to Data Studio, PowerBI and project management tools

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field is an advantage

  • 4- year Course, BS Marketing, or related course is preferred

  • Accuracy and thoroughness when managing databases, reviewing and summarizing different documentation

  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities, handling multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of quality

  • Capability to work with tight deadlines

  • Proactive approach in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights to inform decision-making
