POSITION SUMMARY:
Player support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding game details, and provides excellent customer service.

- To monitor our streaming platform.
- To make sure that users are in compliance with company´s policies.
- To ban an account if needed.
- To attend user’s inquiries, reviews and requests as needed.
- To update and to generate database content for the streaming platform.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Streaming platform knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Accountable and responsible.
- Keen eye for inconsistencies.
- Honest & open communication.
- Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
- Self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Full time availability.
- Living in Mexico City.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
