Keywords Studios are seeking a Project Manager to join the Localisation team at Keywords Headquarters. The role is to manage Game localisation projects for world-renowned Games publishers. The position involves managing projects with differing schedules, scope and internal/external teams.

Key role responsibilities cover:

  • Manage Game localization projects from Start to Delivery
  • Work collaboratively with translation agencies, internal Keywords & client’s teams to meet deadlines
  • Manage localisation schedule budget & resources
  • Working with the Resource Management team and ensure projects are resourced effectively
  • Ensure adherence to Keywords quality process
  • Manage communication across all phases & teams involved in the Game localization process
  • Build good working relationships with all team members onsite and remotely
  • Manage Project Finance via internal Business Production System
  • Manage deadlines and ensure delivery to client requirements and standards
  • Estimate and plan projects from start to finish
  • Optimise collaboration with external resources and work with internal teams to plan capacity needs
  • Be responsible for the profit margin of assigned projects
  • Streamline communication between internal team
  • Build good working relationships with all team members onsite and remotel
  • Participate in establishing best practices, templates and tools to optimise processes & efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Localisation Project Manager
  • Experience in the Games industry an advantage
  • Ability to cope under pressure and to work to tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented personality
  • A Passion for Games
  • Excellent English both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MemoQ and MT an advantage
