Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Junior Software Engineer that would join a global team and support the development of applications for both internal and external customers. The role will include development of software solutions that will get deployed to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Assisting the Development Manager with all aspects of software design and coding
Writing and maintaining code
Responding to support requests from production
Documentation of procedures, software and scripts
Conducting development tests

Requirements

Technical Competencies

Proficient in web developing languages with an emphasis on REACT & Node.js
Competent in SQL scripting & reporting for both SQL Server and MySQL
Understanding web services, Language API, network communication protocols;
Fluency in English.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Willing to work additional hours as required to fulfill the requirements of the role
Patient, personable, high energy, dependable, positive attitude
Desire to take ownership of issues – self-starter
Working experience with ERP or Management tools is considered an advantage
