IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment for Art, Engineering, PMO, ITS, Production and Office positions
• Working closely with internal customer, coordination during hiring process
• Adaptation process and support for new employee during trial period organize newcomers first day, regular meetings during trial period, trial end meetings
• Hiring planning and regular reporting
• Participation in other HR projects

Requirements

• 1,5+ years of experience in recruitment: IT or GameDev area
• Experience of using different sources depending on needs
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to work independently to achieve targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills, attention to details
• Good spoken and written English
