Description
IT intern's supports the IT team to maintain hardware, software and other systems, help solve problems and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Support the IT team by maintaining hardware, software, and systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Using PDQ Deploy and Inventory and PowerShell script, your solution will be able to automate our software installation process in China. A list of 10 different tools will be provided, all of them need to able to be install remotely, the time frame for that goal is 3 months
Skills & Experience Required
- Good English language skill in writing, reading and speaking
- Familiar with any scripting language
- Long term internship from 3 month to 6 month ideally
- Someone with scripting experience/studies is a plus and if its powershell he's the perfect candidate. His project will be to automate clients tools installation/update
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
