Keywords Player Support is a fast-growing service line of the Keywords Studios company that provides customer service and community management services to the video games industry. For more than 20 years, we have supported players of MMOs, virtual worlds, social games, casual games, mobile games and transmedia content.

We are looking for French speakers to conduct some research and read the user-generated reviews, provide brief summaries of those reviews in English, and highlight the key pieces of feedback mentioned in each review.

Responsibilities Include

• Read written online reviews and watch video reviews of our client's game
• Providing a brief summary in English for each review
• Tag each review based on the main topics raised (tags will be provided as a predefined list)
• We may ask for your input on which press outlets are most relevant to the local audience

Requirements

• Interest in gaming, and broad knowledge of genres and platforms.
• High proficiency in both English and your chosen language for this project.
• Ability to succinctly summarise lengthy reviews into key points
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of basic office applications.
• MS Office and Google suite knowledge would be a perk.

This position is to work from home and can be based anywhere in Poland.
