Description

Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering TEMPORARY remote positions and you must be available to come to work in our office when the project requires it.

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Over 18 years old

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
  • Full-time availability
  • Availability to work in the NIGHT SHIFT
  • Living in Mexico City or Mexico State.
