Position And Summary

Business Coordinator This role is responsible for providing support to the Business Office; maintain cooperative relationships with clients, vendors and staff for invoicing and payments. The Business Coordinator will be responsible for preparing monthly reports and forecasts to the parent company. Attention to detail is key with this role to ensure clear understanding with our clients, vendors and staff. The Business Coordinator will work together with senior office management to ensure that communications with the production office are clear and open.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain calendar and meeting invites
  • Take comprehensive notes during conference calls with clients
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, staff and freelancers in regards to invoices, accounts payable & receivables
  • Prepare monthly finance reporting
  • Talent and vendor database management.
  • Talent payroll processing

Requirements

Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, diligent, organized and communicative. We want and need someone who enjoys working with a close-knit team to solve business office puzzles and help co-create a vibrant work culture.

A love of games is a must. We expect every member of our team to have a comprehensive knowledge of video games and entertainment culture at large. We don’t ask that you know every detail of every game but there must be a passion for games and an understanding of the relationship between games and other media.

Required Education And/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience – preferably in Finance or related fields.
  • Mastery of G-suite and Microsoft office 365
