Description
- Successful candidates must be fluent in German
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
- Utilize the internal ticketing system to log all requests and activities
- Take ownership of Player Support incidents and work to successfully resolve them
- Escalate issues as needed
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
- College level
- Excellent written communication
- Preferably with customer service experience in a BPO setting
- Ability to quickly learn customer service based tools and techniques
- Gaming background is a plus
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
