Position Status: Temporary, Late March - Late April 2019

Position Summary

The Brand Activation Program Coordinator is responsible for execution of approximately 18 brand activations across the Midwest. The selected candidate must understand sports marketing and events, with experience in operations, sponsorship activation, and esports. Individuals must have fantastic customer relations and communication skills required for communicating with consumers and venues. The Brand Activation Program Coordinator should have a desire for travel, strong work ethic, and high level of professionalism to represent KemperLesnik and the brand partners involved across the Midwest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel to series of stops for activation tour
    • Liaison with activation locations to arrange logistics
    • Communicate with Home Office
    • Securely and safely travel all personnel and equipment
    • Book appropriate travel & lodging accommodations while traveling
  • Execute brand activation at each location
    • Setup and tear down all tour equipment including, but not limited to: beverages, coolers, sampling tables, display, technology equipment, etc.
  • Complete Post-Event Deliverables
    • Event recap details
    • Photo and video footage
  • Manage and update tour budget
    • Keep track of receipts, expenditures
    • Report back to Operations Lead
  • Act as a professional representative of KemperLesnik and the beverage brand at all times.

Education/Qualifications/Certifications

  • BA/BS preferred, preferably in sports administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years event experience ideal; experiential marketing, esports or sports event experience preferred
  • Experience with Audio/Visual technology and setup
  • Subject to a MVR screening; must have driving record with no violations
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • A positive attitude with professional manner and appearance in all situations
  • Demonstrated experience and capability in the areas of event operations and sponsorship activation
  • Demonstrated quality in written, verbal, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal
  • supervision
  • Detail oriented, organizational and time management ability
  • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
  • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
  • A positive attitude with professional manner and appearance in all situations

Position Requirements:

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Brand Activation Program Coordinator will spend time on the road and at a variety of locations/events in
  • the field
  • Work hours will include days and evenings on weekdays and weekends
  • Team of Brand Activation Program Coordinator will be required to share lodging while on the road
  • Subject to environmental conditions

  • General office machines such as laptops, telephones, etc.
  • TV and gaming systems

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Be in a vehicle driving for up to 10 hours at a time
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
