Kansas Wesleyan University (NAIA) is seeking applicants for a Graduate Assistant for its Esports program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue a master’s degree offered within the MBA program at Kansas Wesleyan University.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the varsity and junior varsity Esports programs.
• Work with the head coach to develop community engagement. As well as social media platforms and discord channel.
• Assist with the development of policies and procedures for the varsity Esports program.
• Collect and analyze various metrics from team practices and competitions to help drive student athletic performance.
• Recruiting
• Assisting the head coach with meeting recruiting goals and the retention of the programs student athletes.
• Become proficient and fluent in using front rush.
• Supervision and management of the Esports Facility.
• Other duties as assigned by the Esports Head Coach.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Successfully complete background check.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, with acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of competitive Esports experience involving multiplayer online video games with team-based elements and expert knowledge of Rocket League, Overwatch, Cod, or similar games.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
