We are looking for a dynamic and creative HR & Recruitment Specialist with experience in IT industry, who want to join an ambitious, international gaming company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • manage organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • utilize professional job platforms, social media, and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent
  • participate in job fairs, conferences, and networking events
  • plan and oversee employee benefit programs
  • maintain open communications with team members
  • manage office supplies and administrative duties to ensure the office is operating smoothly

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring processes (preferably in the IT industry)
  • strong knowledge of a wide variety of recruiting tools
  • good knowledge of human resources administration
  • excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters
  • pro-active attitude and ability to work independently
  • good English language – both written and spoken

Not necessary but good to have:

  • experience in games or casino game industry
  • knowledge of polish labor law
