The Role in a Nutshell

You will be supporting the Campaign Team and helping in delivering exciting influencer campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world! If youโ€™re passionate about gaming, have knowledge within various realms of social media, and want to work with a fast paced, growing team, Kairos Media is the place for you!

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience within influencer marketing from a brand/agency or gaming/esports focused agency
  • Know your Twitch from your YouTube, Twitter and Instagram
  • Experience working with the industry metrics (CPM, CPV, CPC etc.)
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Background within video gaming and/or esports (either personally or as a fan) is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with influencers and talent managers
  • A solid knowledge of social media landscape in Spain
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Researching & vetting suitable influencers based on the campaign brief
  • Translation of campaign materials (influencer content, influencer briefing decks etc.) from/to Spanish
  • Contact and negotiate with talent and/or talent managers in both English and Spanish
  • Support the campaign lead with other tasks related to campaign planning & execution
