Business Development Intern

What we are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Brand Partnership Executive who can bring both strategy and creative flair to our already fantastic team. Ideally but not essentially, you will have had experience working with global brands on multi-channel campaigns/sales strategies previously.

As a social focused agency, we will be needing someone who has a really good idea of what the Social Media landscape looks like and is passionate about keeping up to date on what is an ever changing landscape.

The role in a nutshell

Brand partnerships and sales as a whole form the backbone of any agency, supporting growth and developing new expansion opportunities. As such, we are hugely scaling our sales team at Kairos Media HQ (London)

You will be responsible for researching the market and identifying target brands in all sectors to build relationships, develop sales opportunities, support the execution of pitches and deliver a consistent sales pipeline.

  • Fashion/Beauty Targets
  • Global Fitness Brands
  • Global Lifestyle Brands
  • Global Sports Brands
  • Global Gaming/Esports Brands

Day to day responsibilities

  • Identify relevant leads in one or more of the above sectors
  • Communicate the value of Kairos Media to new leads
  • Liaise with global top-tier current and potential clients
  • Coordinate and support the development of pitch decks with the design team to ensure these are as good as they can possibly can be
  • Assist with campaign planning, creation and strategy
  • Contribute to the team’s content planning and creative design sessions
  • Provide support at out-of-office events
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks

Requirements

  • Passion for all things social media and online marketing
  • Hungry for success attitude and a drive to exceed all targets
  • Willingness to work (very rare) weekends to support events
  • Pro-active attitude and an eagerness to learn quickly, contribute to company strategy and build the vision
  • While the company has been around for just over 2 years, we are still at the beginning of our journey and we can offer responsibility, respect and opportunities to really contribute to the next phase of our company.
  • We are looking to offer an excellent salary + commission structure to truly reward hard work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year
