We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven CEO to direct and manage Kafu Games' business activities, product development & marketing, and operational execution. The right candidate will have a business mindset and able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings. The goal is to drive the company's development and guide it towards long-term success globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
  • Oversee all business, product, marketing, and operations activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Identify challenges to business growth and propose effective strategies to resolve them
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the local and international gaming and e-sports markets
  • Develop and apply key performance indicators for the business and team members to measure success
  • Analyze marketplace trends, competitive intel, programming, distribution, marketing, and content strategies to identify innovation and growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, or any other similar top leadership position
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in gaming and/or eSports Management is a Must
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in business (or related degree) and ideally a Masters degree in business (or equivalent work experience at leadership level)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and performance management principles
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
