This role will work with the Lead Economy Designer, Live Ops Producer, and a cross-functional team on compelling mobile multiplayer experiences.
Required qualifications
- Highly skilled with spreadsheet software
- Great communication skills
- Deep understanding of monetization mechanics
- A strong drive to collaborate and personally drive implementation of your ideas
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SQL queries
- Familiarity with economy and progression balancing via a shipped title
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a range of audiences
- Familiarity with competitive gaming
Nice to have qualifications
- 5+ years working experience in game development; experience in live service or on a mobile game is a bonus
- Detail-orientated and able to break down systems for implementation
- A predilection for action gameplay
- Knowledge of Marvel’s worlds and characters
