You possess technical knowledge and experience, organizational skills and an eagerness to do whatever it takes to get the job done effectively and efficiently while continually challenging and improving the status quo.

You will contribute by:

  • Performing a mix of user support, systems configuration & administration, and project work in a predominately work-from-home environment.
  • Supporting game and support team by installing, configuring, diagnosing, analyzing hardware, software, cloud and network solutions
  • Support a large fleet of mobile devices (games, games, games!)
  • Enabling teams to work with less technical friction, by resolving root causes and making improvements
  • Documenting fixes, workarounds, and procedures you use to be successful and sharing knowledge with your teammates
  • Performing ongoing, periodic and emergency maintenance
  • Build and deploy images and updates as needs arise (JAMF & WDS)
  • Inventory all incoming and outgoing equipment, participating in logistics
  • Build and run scripts to facilitate tasks, installations and workloads where appropriate
  • Manage and respond to IT Security incidents as discovered
  • Research, build, and test new solutions and technologies

Your background includes:

  • 4+ years of experience in a tech support position, supporting Windows and Macintosh systems in a complex networked environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in technical terminology with a solid understanding of the interrelationship of software, hardware, cloud and network environments
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Demonstrated capacity for analytical thinking and rapid problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of self-motivation; must be exceptionally resourceful, detail-oriented, can work with minimal oversight, mentor and manage junior personnel and have outstanding organization skills
  • Demonstrates ability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and resolve many types of Service Requests
  • Must be an effective oral and written communicator in person, by phone and online.
  • Must be able to travel and accommodate for after hours and on call support
  • Demonstrates excellent customer relationship skills through communication tone, knowledge, and respect while engaging via phones, web tickets, and other communications media
