We are looking for a Director, Growth Marketing who will be responsible for setting up and executing growth marketing strategy and initiatives for our products. You will be joining and leading a talented team of exceptional people to level up our Growth Marketing efforts for our existing and new games.

The GM director should be knowledgeable of each level and also who can act on each:

Channel Expert: It is the responsibility of managing the operations at channel level. Be able to strategize and execute across all user acquisition channels. It is in this role where the individual knows how to set strategy for new user acquisition and re-engagement/retargeting.

Portfolio Expert:

At this level the individual should also be able diversify the buying mix through different channels. It should be the responsibility of this individual to unlock growth through new opportunities, such as emerging channels (TikTok, Reddit, Influencers...). It is highly important that this individual has good negotiation skills and is able to build a strong partnership with major players in the market.

Be able to strategize, execute, and know how to allocate and move investments and resources across a portfolio of titles.

Marketplace Expert: At this level it is expected of the individual who can do marketplace SWOT analysis and knows what the competition is for the portfolio of titles.

Be able to set local market strategy and tactics for major geos and regions

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Strategize and execute across all user acquisition channels and diversify the buying mix through different channels. This include, but is not limited to:
  • Setting strategy for new user acquisition and re-engagement/retargeting
  • Setting local market strategy and tactics for major geos and regions
  • Create long- and short-term scenarios and projections and clearly articulate to key stakeholders across the company
  • At a portfolio level set and execute ad monetization strategy.
  • Perform marketplace SWOT and competitor analysis on a portfolio of titles
  • Exercise best judgement on allocating and moving investments and resources across a portfolio of titles, and mentor the team through the process
  • Understand the impact of App Store Optimization (ASO) on ranking and conversion metrics of the title and set a strategy to drive results
  • Build Growth Marketing Automation function to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace

Cultivate cross functional internal partnerships to better collaborate and strive toward achieving the same goals, including:

  • Partner with the game teams to understand the product roadmap, features, design and economy, and how they translate into revenue
  • Work with the Marketing team to understand the impact of product marketing, branding and consumer insights has on ROI and growth marketing
  • Collaborate with Marketing Creatives team to set creative strategy together and unlock growth for each title and marketplace
  • Work with the Data team to build reporting tools for the Growth Marketing team, automate growth marketing operational processes, and estimate projections and LTVs
  • Leverage the expertise from the Business Development team to gain insights on platform partnership, IP partnership, and regional expertise
  • Collaborate with FP&A team to reshape the strategy and expectations of growth marketing through the provided game metrics
  • Set the vision for the Growth Marketing team and work with each individual to co-create a professional development path for their growth

Adding to the ingredients of success, you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics and/or performance marketing for mobile games
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile advertising space and its channels
  • Remarkable analytical skills and evidence of making data driven decisions
  • Superb negotiation skill paired with creative problem-solving skill
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively present and share information across the organization
  • Experience working with P&Ls and defining financial key performance indicators
