Kabam Vancouver is looking for an Associate Live Operations Specialist to join us in delivering titles such as Marvel: Contest of Champions and Disney Mirrorverse.
Working to support the Live Ops Team, you will be involved with the planning, execution, and iteration of live events, offers and promotions that engage and excite players. We are looking for candidates that are sharp, energetic and flexible enough to excel in this initial role, but also have the aptitude and desire to grow within the company.
How you will contribute:
- Build and execute offers, events, and promotion plans to help achieve monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team.
- Work with supporting departments to ensure your content is localized and quality reviewed to deliver high quality, timely and mistake-free content to players.
- Review feature performance and implement optimizations to ensure the continued health and performance of games.
- Learn! Expand your knowledge of F2P games, F2P economies, Live Operations best practices, game design theory, data analytics, and more.

- Familiar with top-grossing F2P games and F2P Live Operations
- Self-starter, able to identify obstacles, think analytically, and work through solutions
- Rock-solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A positive, collaborative, hard-working attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Eager to learn and expand your skill sets — even if it means studying
