Our mission at Juked is to bring esports fans closer together. We’re building a new social network where esports fans from every game and genre will convene in one place, for the very first time, in order to forge new relationships, drive deeper connections, and experience the electric moments that make up the esports we love—together.

We are well on our way to making this mission a reality, and are looking for a self-starting UI/UX Designer to join us in our creative journey. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with our product team to create elegant and exceptional UI/UX experiences for all of our products. You will define the look, feel, and function of Juked's web product and app in order to make it easier for esports fans to engage with the content and communities they care about. You will talk to users daily and use data to improve, iterate, and innovate on the Juked product, and lead our product design team as Juked scales.

As UI/UX Designer you will

Change the lives of esports fans through elegant and topline UI/UX product solutions that esports fans will want to use everyday
Interact with Juked users daily through feedback sessions, studies, and social media in order to better understand their needs
Bring new products to life from including designing and iterating after release
Utilize data and A/B testing to make informed but nimble decisions about the direction of Juked's core products
Bring a strong and evidence-based opinion to all design decisions
Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas

What you’ll bring to our team

5+ years of experience as a senior-level designer with experience designing complex products for millions of users
A fresh, new perspective on the Juked products and brand.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including creatively turning abstract ideas into concrete design solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, and ideas across the organization
Willingness to context switch into various roles and fill gaps where needed
Take on new challenges and roll with the punches in a fast growing and dynamic startup environment
Experience iterating on products in Figma and handing off pixel perfect design to developers
Ability to effectively give and receive feedback and constructive criticism
