Jam City is searching for an Ads Partnership Manager in San Francisco to work on our ad monetization initiatives in our next generation of top-10 cross-platform games. This role will report to the Senior Director of Ads to develop integration strategies which support game studios long-term strategic roadmaps. The ideal candidate loves playing mobile games, understands mobile ad technology and loves to troubleshoot and solve problems. The Partnership Manager will work closely with external vendors to cultivate existing relationships while qualifying new business opportunities.

You will be part of our growing in-game advertising team to help Jam Cityโ€™s ad monetization business to continue its successful tradition of year-over-year growth. The team members are well versed in the mobile and online advertising industry and are passionate about bringing the best advertising experience to our players. Responsibilities:

  • Have your finger on pulse of the mobile ad tech landscape; leverage peer networks and industry reports to understand the mobile ads ecosystem and ensure Jam City supports the most promising partners and technology
  • Correspond with key ad networks to identify opportunities for growth
  • Negotiate terms and prepare contracts with external partners
  • Present an ad business development pipeline and present to key stakeholders
  • Manage vendor integration from research to launch, making optimizations based on analysis and team feedback to further improve performance
  • Coordinate with Finance & vendors to ensure payments are accurate

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development, account management or partnership role in the free-to-play mobile games or mobile ad technology industries
  • Proven data analysis, Tableau and Excel experience
  • Detail oriented with great attention to accuracy is a must
  • Strategic thinker, well-versed in conducting market research and applying sophisticated frameworks to decision making
  • Ability to multi-task and priories tasks are critical
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Ability to use Powerpoint, Keynote or Google Slides to summarize and visualize concepts
  • Excellent communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Have:

  • Experience working in the mobile game industry and/or ad technology a plus
  • Passion/knowledge for mobile games
