Job Purpose:
Develop and maintain tools and infrastructure that improve Player Support and Experience functionality.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work to agreed project milestones and timelines
- Design, implement, test, and maintain agreed tools & infrastructures
- Work with stakeholders to agree requirements and manage risks to project delivery, minimizing re-work and defects
- Work as part of a team to maintain and support live systems and user journeys
- Continual improvement of internal and external user experiences
- Progress work through a governed agile development pipeline
- Participation in technical discussion and design, owning small to medium feature from technical design to competition
- Write clean and maintainable code, following best practices to produce high quality, testable and maintainable solutions
- Thorough testing of functionality and code review of other members
- Deployment of updates and fixes
- Build software and services allowing for continuous integration and delivery as well as browser-agnostic user interfaces
