The Role

Part of an innovative HR Team, you will lead the charge on L&D in a studio with over 400 (and growing!) talented and ambitious people, where we truly recognise that our people are our most valuable asset. You will make sure they have world class development across technical and soft skills to equip our studio in our next phase!

The strategy you will create will be measurable with a direct impact on studio performance which you will deliver through our values; Player Obsessed; Scientifically Creative; Courage for Change, in partnership with world class talent in our stakeholders and HR Business Partners.

You will analyse needs through skills gap analysis and deliver targeted high impact content
You will manage external relationships to find the best providers to deliver against skills gaps.
Manage L&D offerings across the organisation such as the Skills Development offering and Management; continuously seeking opportunities to improve with agility and speed.
Manage L&D Budget ensuring the spend delivers results and all contracts are negotiated effectively
