Job Purpose:

As Associate Producer youwill work with Feature, Tech, Content and Cross Functional Teams to help track, manage and deliver on the production requirements for the development of the game to meet roadmap and release schedule and targets.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring game releases and dependencies are tracked, providing a clear status of development at all times and mitigating risks and issues. You’ll overcome challenges and support the team to execute and deliver predictably to maximise each game release and meet product goals.

Working closely with the Lead Producer, Project and Product Managers, you will be a motivator and build cross team communication. You will guide and support the team to form a collaborative approach that establishes the highest standards and sets the tone for studio culture and values.

Key Duties:

  • As a member of the Production team, work closely with Discipline Leads, and Product Managers to deliver on short and long-term development and roadmap objectives.
  • Create clarity for the Game Scrum, Art team, Tech team and Cross Functional Teams as needed by working collaboratively with Product Managers, Producers, Scrum Leads and Senior Leaders to drive requirements and outcomes.
  • Serve as a driving force for delivering on OSRS business and product goals, facilitating communication, organization, and accountability for your assigned tasks and projects.
  • Schedule and attend meetings as required, taking clear and concise notes and distributing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide regular updates and reports as requested on team progress and accomplishments, development status, issues and risks for your assigned work.
  • Work closely with the game team to continually develop and improve processes, be a champion for production and execution excellence.
  • Identify problems and blockers to enable efficient, predicable delivery of releases to quality that meet product goals and KPIs
  • Create good working relationships, helping foster cross team communication of development plans, requirements, and the status of the live game.
  • Focus on risks assessment and help define mitigations that deliver great outcomes for the team and product.
  • Serve as custodian of team wellbeing and foster a culture of success

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with Mobile, or Console/PC games (preferred)
  • Autonomous and able to use initiative with minimal supervision and a confident decision maker
  • Worked with software like Jira or similar
  • Excellent communication, with the confidence to present to senior teams
  • Superb attention to detail
