Job Description

ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencers agency.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and proactive Events & Marketing Manager, with experience of delivering experiential activations to join our ITP Gaming division and wider ITP Live Group.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in execution of large-scale events for leading global brands (preferably gaming or entertainment brands). The candidate is able to work both as part of a team and independently to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and execute events, conferences (such as Digital Games Conference and ITP Live Conference) and brand stunts to a high standard that exceeds client expectations and generates reach through an engaging marketing plan. The successful candidate is passionate about their work, has an interest in gaming and a willingness to travel if required.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creation of event strategy, project/timing plans, budget management and marketing plans
  • Hands-on event execution of ITP Gaming events, activations and stunts, ITP Live Conference and events
  • Liaise with both internal departments and third-party suppliers on event deliverables to manage and execute all aspects of activations
  • Create event materials including status documents, call sheets and run of shows
  • Live event management for 360 degree and large-scale experiential campaigns in MENA (online and offline events)
  • Campaign evaluation including creation of case studies, reporting and multimedia deliverables

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in event planning across MENA - strategy and hands-on execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers with an understanding of the production process including lead times, material specifications, walk through and sourcing of permits
  • A network of suppliers/partners across MENA is advantageous
  • Have a passion in gaming and wider gaming industry
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Solution orientated with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Enthusiasm for the range of talent we work with, from international celebrities to regional gaming influencers
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Arabic speaker is advantageous
