Job Description
We are looking for experienced full-stack developers with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to join the blockchain industry but who are not proficient in Solidity, smart contract development, or decentralized applications.
In this program, you will be trained in the most up-to-date blockchain technology (Hardhat, Solidity, OpenZeppelin, Ethers, and React) that will be useful not only for this position but for any other jobs you undertake in your career in one of the top-paying markets as a developer.
Since we do not expect prior industry-specific knowledge, you will be solely judged based on your autonomy, grit, fast learning skills, and willingness to make the game succeed.
Responsibilities
- Learning Solidity, smart contract, and dapp development in record speed
- Designing smart contracts according to business requirements
- Testing, performing code optimizations, and writing documentation
- Deploying and maintaining decentralized applications to hundreds of thousands of users
Must-haves
- Strong background in software development
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Java, Rust or TypeScript
- Fluency in English
Nice to haves
- Basic understanding of Cryptography
- Knowledge of blockchain games, NFTs, DeFi, or other blockchain-related industries
- Understanding of Solidity or other web3 programming languages
Compensation
- 2000 USD — 4000 USD depending on experience
