Are you an aficionado in the numbers game and can keep track of accounts, invoices, bookings, reporting and has them all under control? Then you may very well be our new finance student assistant.

You will join the Finance department and get to work with our Head of Finance, Controller and Accountant. You will also be part of a high-caliber studio making games played by millions with studios in both Copenhagen, Malmø and Barcelona and we are eager to welcome you on board!

Here is what it takes:

What you will do:

  • Scanning and registration of invoices
  • Follow-up on invoices for approval
  • Vendor reconciliation in the accounts payable and receivables
  • Creation of users in our business support applications (Acubiz, Agrsso, HRG)
  • Supporting employees in using business support applications
  • Assist in different tasks throughout the monthly reporting (reconciliations, postings etc.)
  • Registration of assets
  • Ad hoc tasks

Who you are

  • You don’t have to be a gamer – so don’t be shy!
  • You are currently in your second or last year of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Accounting, Finance or other relevant programs of study within business administration.
  • You have profound knowledge of principles of accounting.
  • You are well-organized and can easily balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English is mandatory as it is our company language.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

We would love it if you:

  • Have knowledge of Agresso.
  • Have experience from a similar role.
