We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Brand Content Manager who can create content for our websites and social media platforms to enhance our studio brand.

With three studios and multiple projects in active development, it’s safe to say that we’re growing. With that growth, we’re looking for someone to orchestrate our studio brand communication in a way that aligns with our existing culture, visual style and will combine awareness of our past with the exciting plans that we have for the future. You’ll be a key part of representing IOI and the content we create for our websites, social media, conferences, fairs, events, universities, and other ongoing recruitment activities.

Additionally, you will be heavily involved in the redesign of our online presence, including executing on ideas for how to create and promote content that will improve our presence in the games industry as an independent AAA, multi-project and international studio. We need a key player on the team to bring these ideas to life.
You will be part of our Marketing team, and work in close collaboration with our HR team.

What you will do:

  • Create and publish digital content, including written posts and articles, for our company websites and social media platforms.
  • Play an impactful role in shaping and defining the IOI branding strategy to reflect our studio culture, including visual identity, studio brand plan and ideas for digital content.
  • Collaborate with our Copenhagen, Malmö and Barcelona studios on location branding, according to their specific local market and industry opportunities.
  • Take on public relations activities and collaborate with news agencies/events in providing press content for all of our studios.
  • Join speakers from IOI for different events, career fairs, conferences and create on-the-spot content for social media (streaming, live stories and photos).
  • Occasional travel to help our common understanding of the IOI brand across studios. Understand the working culture in the different studios and the benefits of the city and workplace.
  • Respond to unforeseen opportunities for branding, through ad-hoc planning and creation of content, either through studio updates or by events in the wider gaming industry.

Who you are:

  • You have proven experience with internal and external communication for international brand(s).
  • Experience working in (or with) offices in multiple locations and regional branding, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent proficiency with photo and video editing tools.
  • Creative copywriting skills to support the creation of visual content.
  • Thorough understanding of how important employer branding is for IOI to become a highly desirable studio internationally.
  • Proactively keep up to date with content and media trends to generate new ideas for content and how to apply them.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills. We are a highly international studio, with a worldwide audience and brand.
  • You have a friendly personality, strong communication skills and are a true team player.
  • You are professional, reliable, and occasionally funny.
