The role of the Unity Environment Artist is to turn blocked-out levels into beautiful and realistic-looking environments. Responsibilities will include: Prop dusting and set dressing using created and bought assets. Using outsourced art assets and lighting techniques to create optimized interior and exterior scenes. Work with all team members to maintain a consistent style throughout the game. Create and maintain any necessary documentation. Organization of layers/hierarchy/assets to company naming standards.

Skills learned during this role would include working with Unity’s cutting edge HDRP to create wonderful 3D environment, learning how modding is factored into the game development process, working with a fully remote development team, communicating with a varied and diverse team covering various game development disciplines and lastly an overall understanding of the game development cycle, milestones and terminology.

Perpetual Games is a fully remote studio and so possessing a good quality internet connection and home workstation is desirable
