Kickstart is a Government scheme aimed to help support young people back into work after the economic effects of the pandemic. It’s aimed at 16-24-year-olds who are not in education and are currently claiming universal credit.

The Mobility Coordinator is part of the Talent & Career Mobility team within the Talent Acquisition function. You will support the Mobility team in the coordination of employees’ moves, providing daily support with Mobility activities with EA’s relocation providers. This is a temporary contract for 6 months with an option to extend, depending on needs. You will report to the Manager of Talent & Career Mobility.

The Mobility Coordinator will organize the information in our knowledge base for easier access and promote consistency within the library. This includes the instructions manuals, templates, policy documents, and process documentation. Additionally, they will rebrand our external-facing resources to align with our latest format and images.

They will also create reports and gather the required information for other mobility activities, such as coordinating for necessary approvals and assessments by using the pre-defined templates.

The successful candidate will partner with the Talent & Career Mobility global team on the daily operations and promote global consistency across the regions. They will also manage the renewal of purchase orders annually and process monthly invoices from the service providers and support the team with general administration associated with mobility.

We are looking for a new team member who has good attention to detail and is able to follow processes and guidance. They need to be comfortable working with changing priorities.

Experience working in coordination roles would be helpful and we are looking for somebody who can take on tasks and projects to improve processes operationally.

The successful candidate will also need to have an intermediate understanding of Microsoft excel and other office and collaborative tools (Slack, Google Drive, etc).

Job is home working - no requirement to attend the office in-person.
