We are a Headhunting company who deal wholly with the games industry. We place programmers, designers, artists, and operational staff within games studios, working with small 10 staff indie studios all the way up to industry giants.

Recruitment is a lot like sales, you are selling the job to candidates so an outgoing personality would be a really great fit!

Your week will include building projects on LinkedIn Recruiter with qualified candidates for our roles (covering the Art, Programming, Design and Operations disciplines), writing Adverts, talking to studios and general admin. We work with a lot of international studios so being able to speak an additional language would be great, we currently work with a lot of eastern European studios, as well as Japanese, French, Spanish and Portuguese. We do work with games studios so we do play a lot of games ourselves, an ideal fit would be a person who also loves gaming as we use our own knowledge of the industry quite a bit.

Would be preferable if you could be in the office, we are right by the train station in Sheffield city centre. A laptop and desk will be provided for you! We do a daily catch up if you are not based in the office, using Discord.

A successful candidate will be fluent in English (reading, writing and spoken), passionate about the Gaming Industry, comfortable speaking on the phone and getting in touch with Game Developers via LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
