This role consists of assisting with our marketing and community management for our debut game Operation Outsmart. You will be responsible for devising marketing strategies, creating and posting content on social media platforms, and engaging with the community. You must have a passion and good knowledge of the gaming industry.

You will be working closely with the artists and programmers to receive raw contents from them and post relevant materials on social media. You must develop a good understanding of the game and the company’s vision so that you can engage appropriately with the community. You will also have the chance to voice your opinions and ideas, test the game and provide relevant feedback.

The main social media platforms of the company are Twitter, Instagram, and Discord. Thus you are expected to have relevant experience of having used these platforms.

The job will entirely be remote work. It is expected however that you can meet in-person with the team in or near London about once in a month.

Essential skills:

First and foremost, you must be social and love socialising. This is really what matters the most. You are also expected to have a passion for games and getting engaged with the gamers community.

You are also expected to have a good understanding of how to use each of the social media platforms to reach out to the community and make a presence. Knowing how to make effective marketing on Twitter and Instagram is a huge bonus, as is having basic image and video editing skills.
