Kickstart is a Government scheme aimed to help support young people back into work after the economic effects of the pandemic. It’s aimed at 16-24-year-olds who are not in education and are currently claiming universal credit.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and personable Business Development Executive to join nDreams and support our Third-Party Publishing team. This is a highly visible role within our organisation, with the potential to grow alongside the success of the third-party publishing initiative.

Support the Third-Party Publishing team by owning the internal review process for all incoming leads. It is critical that we are acting in a timely (and professional) manner and the responsibility for this lies with the Business Development Executive to manage this.

  • Monitor email inbox and following up with both external leads/enquires (via email and phone/video calls)
  • Dealing with developers on a daily basis – requesting assets and addition information, follow up communications, arranging meetings, etc.
  • Liaise with internal key stakeholders to ensure they have all relevant information on new leads/enquiries.
  • Management of our CRM tool to ensure information is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Help build a database of Developers that we are interested in, containing relevant information.
  • Overall support of the Third-Party Publishing team.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Personable with excellent interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  • NB: The successful candidate must be happy to make video calls/have phone calls with any parties (Developers, team members, etc.) daily. At its heart, this is a role with a focus on strong communication.
  • Strong organisation and methodical work ethic
  • Great team player, but also has the ability to work diligently by themselves.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Beneficial experience

  • Degree or equivalent education background
  • Passion for videogames, with an understanding of the videogame market
