Into Games is a non-profit organisation working to help people get rewarding work in the videogames industry. We run several national programmes which work directly to connect education and the games sector to help provide better access to learners from primary school, all the way to adult career changers. Much of our work focuses on increasing opportunity for those from underrepresented groups. Our projects help support thousands every year.

In this role, you will support our CEO and Careers Lead in their administration work. The role will include support with marketing, general administration and direct project assistance. Tasks will include writing company emails, data entry, management, and reporting.

Successful participants will develop marketing skills, general communication and an overall administrational skillset. In addition, if you would like to work in the non-profit, charity or videogame sector, working in our fast growth company will look great on your CV. There is also the potential for permanent full-time work for the right candidate.

At present, the position is home working, and we will be able to provide equipment for this if you donโ€™t have a laptop computer of your own. We have a central Brighton office location where we will expect you to occasionally work from.

Kickstart is a Government scheme aimed to help support young people back into work after the economic effects of the pandemic.

The Job Placements are only available for Universal Credit claimants aged 16 to 24 and out of education who are referred to employers by their respective Work Coaches.
