Your Mission

Collaborate closely with the Studio Art Director and a highly motivated creative team to produce quality designs that define and expand the look of our game.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • You will create concept art, from sketches to paintings, thumbnails, storyboards, mood-boards, model sheets, animatics, production paintings and paint-overs to support Art, Design, Gameplay, and Storytelling. You may also help with marketing campaigns and toolkits.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Author realistic assets that meet the visual quality bar established by the Studio Art Director.
  • Carry an idea from conceptual phase to finished illustration and an understanding of translating these ideas to real-time game content.
  • Expert level Knowledge of Maya, 3dMax, Zbrush, Photoshop and/or Mudbox.
  • Ability to extrapolate design from unfinished concept or reference.
  • Ability to quickly iterate concepts given input from the Art Director.
  • An exceptional understanding of mood, lighting, composition, color, staging, detail and architecture, with a keen eye towards form, shape, structure, and silhouette.
  • Strong foundation in traditional arts, including, but not limited to, figure drawing, landscape painting, and illustration.
  • Experience and interest in creating great games with an unrelenting focus on quality and innovation.
  • Self-driven, good communicator and a great team-player.
  • Professional attitude and ability to take constructive criticism.
  • Help foster growth, leadership and inspiration within your team and across the studio.
