Industrial Toys is a AAA mobile developer founded by Halo veteran Alex Seropian. Our mission is to make games that are Mobile To The Core! We are currently working to bring a new Battlefield experience to your mobile phone. How your day would look like:

  • Responsible for requirements gathering, architecting and designing, vetting, building, developing and managing complex automations and/or interactions between existing solutions.
  • Investigating new ways to improve operations and defining new solutions to solve technically complex challenges
  • Work closely with other Security Engineers & Architects, System Engineers and Lead Engineers within and across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
  • Ensure proper technical design and documentation

Who fits the bill:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a System Engineering/DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE
  • Linux LPIC-1 Administrator certification or work experience equivalent. Installing/updating software using package manager, managing users and file system permissions. Memory, CPU, IO issues investigations and resolution.
  • Solid experience in architecting, securing and managing highly scalable environments in the AWS cloud. Required services: EC2, RDS, ElastiCache. Configuring Security Groups rules.
  • Solid experience with security best practices, pod security, OS security, k8s security, OAuth, API, gateways, SAML, Web Access Firewall, SSL, TLS (Experience configuring Okta is a plus) other Identity Access Management related tools and systems.
  • Solid & proven understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS,Subnetting,HTTP,SMTP)
  • Proven experience with container technologies like Docker,Kaniko ,Kubernetes, EKS, Helm
  • Ability to install configure and maintain linux host and popular open source applications such as Nginx, Apache (experience in configuring and maintaining Confluence and Jira is a plus)
  • Have experience of working with REST, MySQL, PostgresSQL, configure database backup and perform migrations
  • Experience with Infrastructure automation technologies Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
  • Experience in building and configuring CI\CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Spinnaker,etc)
  • Experience in automating system administration tasks with scripting tools (Bash, Python)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging configuration (Datadog, NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch)
  • Python scripting experience

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with other AWS services: DynamoDB, CloudWatch Events, Lambda
  • Experience with Groovy scripting
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools. (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • AWS Certifications: AWS DevOps Associate/SysOps Pro.
