What we’re looking for:

  • [Non-negotiable] Positive, constructive, and collaborative attitude with strong work ethic and high integrity.
  • 1 or more shipped game titles as a game designer in the roleplaying game, legacy game, and/or card game genres.

  • Broad experience playing board games and/or video games
  • Experience shipping physical board or card games
  • Experience with social media, streaming, or fan/community engagement.

Why Incredible Dream?

Incredible Dream is an early stage startup, and like most startups we’ve got big ambitions and an even bigger heap of moxie. We make board games and card games, for people who mostly play video games. It’s not going to be easy but we believe that meeting in person is increasingly meaningful and increasingly rare. Our games offer rich shared experiences that bring friends together. The Dream is to evolve the gaming industry and influence culture with our IP for generations to come.

Our team operates remotely, with folks based throughout North America and Europe. You can expect a flexible vacation policy, remote work, and flexible work hours. For full-time employees, we also offer ownership in VC-backed startup and competitive health plans. This is a great team of experienced people who have fun, do good work, and are good to each other.

Whatever you do, don’t join Incredible Dream because of who we say we are or what we offer. Join us because you want the same incredible dream that we want: wild success and pride in how we got there.
