Your Mission

is to empower teams to support the delivery of multiple projects as they anticipate and mitigate risks, track and communicate timelines to the wider business and leadership, and continuously evolve their roadmap to align with the Platform strategy. You will establish processes and best practices to maintain outstanding operational excellence and allow internal and external customers to innovate freely on top of the platform.

Area for impact

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive projects to completion.
  • Contribute to the product and architecture technical roadmap.
  • Advance the adoption of Agile collaboration tooling
  • Work with the delivery and technical leads to drive delivery of Technical roadmaps.
  • Plan and coordinate projects and programme initiatives towards company and division OKRs and goals.
  • Challenge deliverables status, anticipate blockers, remove blockers and identify and engage with the right stakeholders to mitigate unexpected issues.
  • Identify and communicate project risks to program management and engineering leadership.
  • Create an environment to facilitate rapid adoption of a new process, a collaborative mindset and a focus on what is important.
  • Serve the Product Owners, to ensure goals, scope and product proposition/domain is widely understood.
  • Serve the organization, in planning, leading, coaching and supporting across all stakeholder and team members on the organization’s Agile adoption.
  • Nurturing change that increases the effectiveness, enhancing the ability to scale the practice and removes Impediments.

We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:

  • Deep understanding of the Agile frameworks and Lean principles
  • Familiarity in architecting, designing or performing other technical practices (e.g. distributed architectures, cloud infrastructure, test-driven development, simulation engines)
  • Experience facilitating and leading a continual planning process in a very complex and rapidly growing environment
  • Proven experience on achieving goals and hitting deadlines
  • Experience improving processes to increase the effectiveness of a team or division
  • Ability to facilitate, catalyze and lead organizational change and transformation,
  • High level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, ability to listen with empathy and enabling people to act by increasing insight.
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders including partners, customers, suppliers and senior management
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
