Fantastic paralegal opportunity to join Improbable in a broad role supporting the entirety of the ten person Legal team.
Areas for Impact:
preparing standard form NDAs and reviewing and negotiating third party NDAs; assisting the Legal team with preparation, drafting, negotiation, and execution of commercial contracts such as software licensing, development support, outsourcing, recruitment and managed hosting agreements; and helping develop and maintain the internal suite of standard form documents.
reviewing and drafting terms of service, privacy policies, NDAs, competition Ts and Cs. Reviewing marketing materials and clearing in-game assets.
Corporate, Employment, Privacy:
assisting on a broad range of ad hoc matters, legal research, responding to queries across the breadth of the business.
helping manage and register Improbable’s intellectual property portfolio which includes patents, trademarks and copyright.
hard and soft copy document management and review; liaising with internal departments across a variety of documents.
assisting the Finance and Equity teams on day-to-day equity management. This will include preparing and executing equity agreements, responding to employee enquiries, managing a third party equity platform, assisting with financial reporting and audits, preparing Companies House filings and developing the global equity team.

- LLB or equivalent law degree or GDL (2:1 or above)
- Applicants with training contracts at reputable firms will be also considered (subject to availability for a minimum of 12 months)
