Areas for Impact
Improbable is at the forefront of emergent technology ; we aim to create an ecosystem to enable greater fulfilment from the metaverse. This role will help establish & manage the supporting business infrastructure (MSquared), while also having a voice in optimisation of our games division focusing on multiplayer titles (The Multiplayer Group)
You will be empowered to provide our executives and the wider business with the financial and operational context they need to enable the successful execution of our company strategy.
Responsibilities of the role
- Establishing frameworks around establishing and managing emerging business models as part of the MSquared Network
- Supporting our games business in expansion and optimisation
- Building financial & operating insight from ground up
- Owning inputs to wider budget & forecasting cycles
- Applying commercial mindset to our key drivers & risks
- Driving accountability within the business units you are partnering with business case analysis
- Support strategy formulation
- Ownership of strategy execution with leadership teams
- Acting as representative of the wider Finance & Strategy group
- As a Finance Business Partner you will be making an impact on managing and directing our business units. Responsibilities will evolve over time to meet the needs of our growing organisation, and inline with individual career development needs.

- Strong excel skills and experience analysing and manipulating financial models.

- A qualification in ACA, ACCA or CIMA; preferred but not required
