As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building out our technical teams across 3 different departments. Your focus will be on the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, employer brand awareness and the initial on-boarding of new Immutables into the company. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership and creatively manage the technical recruitment process at Immutable.

You will partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, facilitate the hiring processes and engage in full life-cycle recruiting, whilst providing an exceptional candidate experience to ensure the company's success during our scale-up phase.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage in full life-cycle recruiting: Autonomously manage the full recruitment life cycle for our engineering divisions
  • Be proactive: Build pipelines and funnel for future hiring
  • Develop diversity strategies: Actively focus on prioritizing diversity hiring to build a more diverse workforce for Immutable
  • Be an Immutable advocate: Excite prospective Immutables with the Immutable story, vision and culture as well as act as a brand ambassador in the external marketplaces
  • Conduct sourcing: Filtering and high-level screening of inbound applications across the various recruitment platforms and technologies
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience: Through end-to-end guidance of individuals during Immutable’s standard interview process
  • Collaborate internally: Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies for each position
  • Assess the data: Promote and support the data-driven talent acquisition approach and strive for constant collaboration
  • Map out the market: Market mapping of organizations with passive talent in line with the needs of Immutable
  • Take ownership: Own technical recruitment, upgrade current processes and build word-class engineering teams

You’ll have:

  • 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience across both/or agency and in-house
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment role
  • A candidate-centric approach to recruiting
  • Proven experience for pipelining and hiring diverse candidates
  • ATS experience, ideally Lever
  • Established networks in the software engineering market

Some skills that would be awesome:

  • Experience recruiting across Software Development, specifically, node js, react, golang, C++ and typescript
