As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring pipeline, whilst coordinating and streamlining the onboarding and induction of employees into our organisation.

You will ensure we are attracting, hiring, and retaining the best possible talent for each of our job openings. You will be required to operationally manage the end-to-end recruitment process, whilst supporting the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

The TA Coordinator will have the opportunity to grow into an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role or transition and develop within our Human Resources function.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of streamlining processes for all recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Conduct sourcing activities across multiple channels to support the Talent Acquisition team
  • Edit, monitor, update all job advertisements and scorecard approvals
  • Manage the booking, advertising and filtering of candidates for active job vacancies
  • Create and manage virtual talent pools with the use of recruitment campaigns (job boards and social media) and employee referrals
  • Automate and improve onboarding processes
  • Draft offers of employment and maintain candidate files
  • Coordinate and manage the on-boarding and induction processes for all new employees to support an exceptional employee experience
  • Conduct phone screens and reference checks on an ad-hoc basis
  • Pipeline, establish and maintain a database of candidates for upcoming needs
  • Assist with the coordination of employee attraction and retention campaigns
  • Build processes around recruitment and onboarding activities to support the efficient operation of the Talent Acquisition function

You’ll have:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Administration and diary management experience
  • Prior experience sourcing and pipelining candidates

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • In-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment
