LA’s premier esports organization is looking for a passionate Corporate Partnerships Account Coordinator, who will be responsible for owning and managing new business accounts and contract deliverables for IGC and its Immortals, Los Angeles Valiant, OpTic and MIBR esports teams.

The Corporate Partnerships Account Executive will be expected to build, maintain and manage long term relationships with partners and work with internal teams to execute contract deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be comfortable in fast-paced (e.g., start-up/rapid growth) environments, capable of wearing multiple hats, serve as an internal and external brand ambassador and cultural evangelist, and inspired to provide impeccable client service to IGC corporate partners. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable with project management techniques to keep accounts on track and navigate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and have end-to-end ownership client accounts providing great customer service and fulfilling assets within budget while striving towards client’s KPI’s;

Act as a liaison between the client and IGC’s internal Sales, Content, Social, and Competitive Operations teams

Maintain a direct, active relationship with partners, proactively resolving business, technical and policy issues while serving as an internal advocate

Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear, ongoing dialogue with partners, and fully communicating Partner’s objects to the internal IGC team

Ensure both partner’s and IGC’s IP are used correctly, and contract details are adhered to

Deliver assets to clients with speed and responsiveness with a focus on clarity of communication

Understand, document and maintain internal partnerships account processes, records, and budgets in a professional written manner including the generation of recap reports for clients as needed

Provide onsite support at Partner events and film shoots.

Keep a general up-to-date awareness of esports/traditional sports corporate partnerships ecosystem;

Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • Ideally one year working as a Planner/Coordinator at an ‘ad agency’
  • Previous experience of working in a customer’s/client/partnership facing role
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • A natural skill of developing sincere relationships with people whilst sometimes delivering tough messages and managing expectations
  • Multitasker, able to wear many hats and keep many balls in the air
  • Enjoy the fast pace and fluidity of a startup environment in a relatively new industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized, with a love for systems and processes
  • Experience in events and marketing a plus
  • Proficient in microsoft excel
  • Proficient in communicating via email, phone, in person and through slack and a knowledge of when best to use each communication platform
  • Portugese language skills a plus
  • “customer-focused” at heart with a positive and friendly 'can do' attitude
